Season 3 Highlights
The opening event of Season 3 was held in Adelaide, where Austria’s Octavian Voegele bested the 253-stong player field to take the title and AUD$148,900. Then there were wins for Grant Levy in Perth, Michael Kanaan in Sydney, Peter Matusik in Gold Coast, and Sammy Huang in Canberra. The tour then visited New Zealand for a ground-breaking Snowfest event in Queenstown, with Germany’s Marcel Schreiner sealing the deal for (NZD$94,300). The penultimate event took place in Melbourne, where well-known pro Lee Nelson got the win. The final event was staged in Darwin, where Queenslander Jack Drake walked away the big winner, scooping AUD$36,480 for first place.
