- What is the Aussie Millions poker tournament?
- The Aussie Millions, known officially as the Crown Australian Poker Championship, has become the biggest poker event in the Southern Hemisphere. Held at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia, the event draws players from all over the world. We are providing some opportunities for you to represent PokerStars at the main event in Australia (January 22-28).
- How old do I have to be to participate?
- You must be 18 years of age to play in the PokerStars satellites to the Aussie Millions event or the Aussie Millions event itself.
- Is there any travel money, hotel, or other incidentals associated with this promotion?
- SEAT & CASH: Satellite winners will receive a package worth USD $11,971. That package includes the USD $10,971 buy-in to the Aussie Millions Main Eventand US $1,000 to use toward travel expenses
- Can I sell or transfer my seat if I win?
- You must play the first Aussie Millions seat you win. If you are lucky enough to win additional seats, your PokerStars account will be credited with T-Money. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for complete details.
- Can I purchase an Aussie Millions seat with T-Money?
- Yes - if you are one of our most loyal players. That means that you have at least 10,000 lifetime Frequent Player Points. If you think you might qualify for this, please send email to support@pokerstars.com and ask them how many lifetime FPPs you have. If you meet this criteria, then you may purchase the Aussie Millions seat with your T-Money. Direct Buy-Ins for the AUD $10,600 Aussie Millions event will be done at the current exchange rate equivalent in T-Money at the time of registration. Otherwise, you will have to win your way into the Aussie Millions via a PokerStars satellite. You may use your T-Money to buy into our Aussie Millions satellites. Please note, T-Money buy-ins will only be available until the final day of PokerStars satellites to the event. Please contactregistrations@pokerstars.com if you have problems or concerns.
- Can I buy into preliminary events at the Aussie Millions with T-Money?
- No. This promotion is for the final Aussie Millions event only.
- I won! What do I do now?
- You will shortly receive an information pack via email with details of what you have won. PokerStars will buy you into the Aussie Millions final event. You will have to provide identification at the Aussie Millions event when you arrive.
- Will I be required to wear PokerStars branding during the Aussie Millions event?
- Yes. In exchange for us providing this opportunity to get into the Aussie Millions event, you are agreeing to represent PokerStars at the Aussie Millions. When you win an Aussie Millions satellite on PokerStars or buy-in using your T-Money, you will have to wear PokerStars patches throughout the event. We will provide you with the patches and hope you'll wear it with pride.
- Because I won my seat on PokerStars, is there an agreement I need to sign?
- Yes. All players who win a seat to the Aussie Millions on PokerStars are required to sign a waiver form. Players who do not sign the form will not be allowed to participate.
