PokerStars Caribbean Adventure - Terms and Conditions

1. You may qualify for the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure by:
   • Winning a cash satellite on PokerStars
   • Winning a Frequent Player Point (FPP) satellite on PokerStars
   • Winning the Tournament Leader Board playoff
   • Buying a seat in the main event
   • Buying a seat with Frequent Player Points, provided you are a VIP Supernova
   • Buying a seat with W$, provided you are a VIP SilverStars member or higher
   • Receiving a seat as a VIP guest or qualifier
2. All satellites and the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure will be No Limit Hold 'em.
3. Entrants must be 18 years of age or of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever the greater) to play in any PokerStars satellites. Players must be 18 to play in any of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Events at the Atlantis Resort. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Any player unable to produce such proof of age will be disqualified from participation in any of the Events, and no refund of any kind will be made.
4. Players may play in the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure as long as they are at least 18 years of age. As with all WPT events, the winner receives a $25,000 entry in the WPT Championship. If the winner of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure will be less than 21 years of age on the day the WPT Championship begins, such winner will forfeit the entry to the WPT Championship without compensation, and the highest placing participant who meets the 21 year old age requirement for the WPT Championship will be given the entry.
5. By participating in a satellite of any kind on PokerStars, or in the Event, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
6. If you have qualified for the event on PokerStars and reach the final table of the tournament, you may be required by PokerStars (subject to WPT rules) to wear PokerStars logo clothing at the final table. You hereby agree to do so. You must also wear PokerStars clothing if you are an FPP qualifier or you have bought in with your FPPs or W$.
7. The Events are sanctioned events of the World Poker Tour. You acknowledge and agree that the World Poker Tour requires all players in World Poker Tour events to sign a waiver prior to the beginning of the Events that includes permission to film and broadcast your participation in the Events, as well as a "no deal" clause.
8. During the Events, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Events, or any other behavior that PokerStars, in its sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct of the Events.
9. The first PCA prize package (including $7,800+$200 PCA event entry, $2,000 hotel accommodations, $1,000 spending/travel cash, $1,000 credited to your hotel rooms for meals) you win, whether through cash satellite, FPP satellite or in any other way, is non- transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win, you must play or forfeit the package. If you win additional packages, they may not be sold or transferred; your PokerStars account will be credited with W$10,000 and $2,000 cash.
10. The person whose name appears on any PokerStars account which wins a package will be deemed to be the person who played and won the satellite, and that person must attend and play in the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure tournament.
11. PokerStars will withhold 3% of the total prize pool for dealers and floor staff.

In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure, the decision of PokerStars management is final.
