MONACOEPT GRAND FINAL April 12-17, 2008 €10,000 + 600 No Cap - All satellites and tournaments in the European Poker Tour will be No Limit Hold'em.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or over the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever is greater) to play either in satellites or in any of the Events. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Any player unable to produce such proof of age will be disqualified from participation in any of the Events, and no refund of any kind will be made.
- By participating in a satellite of any kind on PokerStars, or in any of the Events, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
You further agree to help promote PokerStars and act as a PokerStars spokesperson during and after the Events, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by PokerStars.
Any player who reaches the final table of any event after qualifying through an FPP satellite will be required to wear PokerStars logo gear. Players who qualify via a cash satellite are encouraged, but not required, to wear PokerStars logo gear. - The EPT Championship is sanctioned by the European Poker Tour. You acknowledge and agree that the European Poker Tour requires all players in European Poker Tour events to sign a waiver prior to the beginning of each EPT Event that includes permission to film and broadcast your participation in the EPT Event. The European Poker Tour agreement (which may be modified from time to time) is available for your review: European Poker Tour agreement.
- The first package to any events that you win, whether through cash satellite, FPP satellite or in any other way, is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win another satellite to the same event, your PokerStars account will be credited with W$ equal to the value of the package price.
- If you win a preliminary EPT satellite that awards a seat into a subsequent satellite (rather than an EPT event itself), you may unregister from the target satellite and you will receive W$ equal to the buy-in of that satellite. You may use those W$ to enter a direct satellite to any EPT event. You may directly purchase a seat into an EPT event with W$. For more details go to http://www.pokerstars.com/ept/faq/.
- You affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your PokerStars account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of Event packages.
- Prior to playing in any of the Events, you will be required to sign a paper version of these Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so will result in your disqualification from participation in the Event without refund or compensation. In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of any European Poker Tour satellite event, the decision of PokerStars management is final.
- A player who leaves a tournament at any stage and for whatever reason
is deemed to have forfeited their game and, as such, is not entitled to
claim entitlement to money on the basis of their position in that tournament.
