- Can I cash out a certificate?
- No
- Do I need to use the whole amount at one time?

- Can I book with Expedia or another online provider?
- No, travel must be booked through ePlatinum Travel.
- How far out do I need to book?
- We recommend booking at least 60 days out to give you the best price and availability options.
- Can I use the certificate for a car rental only?
- No, the car rental companies will not let us pre-pay car rentals.
- Can I use the certificate for only a hotel stay?
- This will be on a determined on a case by case basis. Some hotels do not have the capability of receiving a pre-payment and holding it on account.
- Can I use this for an airline ticket?
- Yes, but air only reservations are subject to a fee.
- Can I use the certificate to pay for someone else's travel?
- Yes, but you must call us to make the reservation.
- If my trip goes over the certificate amount, can I still use it?
- Yes, you may use your credit card to pay any additional amount over the certificate.
- If I have two certificates, can I use them both at one time?
- Yes.
