PokerStars is proud to present Season 2 of the France Poker Series (FPS) - France’s No.1 live poker experience. Building on the runaway success of Season 1, Season 2 will be even better, and everything kicks off with an exciting new event in Morocco. The venue is the stunning luxury resort of Mazagan where PokerStars qualifiers, Team PokerStars Pro and other top players will descend to do battle.

Satellite qualifiers are running at PokerStars now, giving you the chance to win a prize package (buy-in, hotel and expenses) for an unforgettable experience both on and off the felt! FPS Season 2 action will play out in some of the most beautiful casinos in France, including an exclusive SnowFest event in Evian, not forgetting two visits to the incredible destination of Mazagan in Morocco!

Season 2 will also have a Leader Board, where players win points for placing in the money at any of the France Poker Series events, as well as for playing the tournaments. The winner at the end of the Season gets prize packages to every event of Season 3!

FPS Season 2 Highlights

Amneville | 317 players | €304,320 prize pool | 1st: Benjamin Dobson(€70,000)

Amneville in North-Eastern France hosted the fourth stop on FPS Season 4, and 317 runners contested the Main Event, with 36 places paid. The winner was Benjamin Dobson from the UK, who scooped €70,000 in first place prize money. In the heads-up Dobson beat Guillaume Roiron from France, who was playing in his first-ever live tournament after qualifying online via a $50 PokerStars satellite.

Evian | 296 players | €284,160 prize pool | 1st: Veronika Pavlikova(€70,000)

The stunning location of Evian in the French Alps played host to the latest stop of Season 2 of the France Poker Series, and PokerStars qualifier Veronika Pavlikova took it down, securing the title and €70,000 in first place prize money. Her heads-up battle with Ludovic Marguerat was keenly fought and the end came when Pavlikova, holding A-6, flopped two pair against Marguerat’s pair of tens.

Sunfest Mazagan | 305 players | €320,045 prize pool | 1st: Anas Tadini(€80,463)

The opening event of France Poker Series Season 2 took place in the stunning beach resort of Mazagan in Morocco, and 305 players registered for the Main Event, generating a total prize pool of €320,045. The big winner was Anas Tadini from France, who took down the title and €80,463 in prize money when he beat Daniel Hogstrom from Sweden in the heads-up finale.
