Final Score: Team PokerStars Pro 18-17 All Star Challengers

The heads-up matches of the first ever PokerStars All Star Week have now finished, and it was a battle that went right down to the wire. Members of Team PokerStars Pro played 35 matches against the All Star Challengers, and the competition unfolded in dramatic fashion. After the Challengers got off to a great start, the Pros were able to fight back and claim a big advantage, before the Challengers rallied going into the home straight. With the teams deadlocked going into the final day, victories for Isabelle Mercier, Lee Nelson and Chad Brown tipped the event in the Pros favour, and they claimed the inaugural All Star Week title.

Congratulations to all of the players for a great week of heads-up action. Special mention goes to kAmIkAdZeEe from the Challengers team who was awarded Most Valuable Player, and wins a 1-stamp PokerStars Passport. All Star Week closed with another win for Team PokerStars Pro, this time in the Fan Tournaments. A total of 2,310 players registered for the Team PokerStars Pro tournament, which was won by spencerlouis, versus 1,996 for the Challengers tournament, which was won by Asso30.
