Aston Martin Tournament - Terms

1. The "Aston Martin Tournament", referred to below as the "Event", is a No Limit Texas Hold'em tournament.
2. All entrants must be 18 and over, or the legal age of majority in their home country, state or province, to participate.
3. All players participating in the Event must abide by all PokerStars Terms of Service requirements listed at http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/room/tos/.
4. By participating in a satellite of any kind on PokerStars.com, or in the Event, you grant PokerStars.com the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
5. You affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your PokerStars.com account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of Event prizes. Please verify your account information in the Cashier window before playing in any Event qualifiers, and update the information if needed. 6. Top prize for this event is an Aston Martin DBS.
7. The first production car is currently scheduled for delivery by the end of 2007, BUT IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED AND COULD BE SUBJECT TO DELAYS.
8. The winner is to receive the DBS with the basic specifications, but the winner will be allowed to choose any additional specifications which they will be liable to pay for themselves before delivery of the car.
9. The car will be delivered to the nearest Aston Martin dealership. It is the responsibility of the winner to collect the car from the dealership or anywhere else. It should be noted that the nearest dealership could be in a different State or Country - http://www.astonmartin.com/contactus/dealerlocator.
   
10. All transport costs, taxes, import duties, insurance and any other fees will have to be paid for by the winner.
11. The winner has the right to forfeit the car for a cash payment instead. If the winner chooses this route, the winner will receive $150,000 payment into their PokerStars account.
12. PokerStars reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Event if, in the judgment of PokerStars, the Event is not capable of being conducted as specified.

In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the "Aston Martin Tournament", the decision of PokerStars management is final.
