Your room, internet and breakfast have been paid for but you will be responsible for any extra charges such as telephone calls, room service and minibar. All rooms are booked as a double occupancy room, so you may bring a guest at no extra charge.
Hotel Welcome and Information Desk
PokerStars qualifiers and DBIs may collect their player bag from the PokerStars Welcome and Information Desk in the foyer of the sixth floor of Swissotel (just outside the tournament area) at the following times:
June 15 18:00 - 20:00
June 16 10:00 - 18:00
June 17 10:00 - 18:00
FPP qualifiers, or players who bought in with T$ or FPPs should remember that they are obliged to wear PokerStars logo gear throughout the duration of the tournament.
Last Longest
It’s a good idea to wear our logo even if you aren’t an FPP qualifier, or didn’t buy-in with T$ or FPPs, because as a special bonus to celebrate the PokersStars.com Baltic Poker Festival, we’re giving away an EPT Tallinn prize package in our Last Longest competition. Simply wear PokerStars gear every day of the tournament (we’ll give you the stuff to keep forever!) and sign our waiver form when you register for the Main Event.

Casino and Tournament Registration
All events at the PokerStars Baltic Poker Festival will be held on the 6th floor of the Swissotel. In order to participate, all players must first register with the Olympic Casino and obtain a casino card. This card has to be shown every time you wish to enter the 6th floor casino and tournament area. To obtain this card, please present your government issued photo ID (we strongly recommend a passport) to the casino welcome desk located in the lobby of the Swissotel. Once you have your casino card, you can proceed to the 6th floor where at the casino cashier you present your card and your ID. You will then be given your seat assignment.
Registrations for the Main Event will remain open until 12:30 June 16th for day 1a, and until 12:30 June 17th for day 1b.
If you are planning to complete your registration on your start day, we strongly recommend that you allow at least one hour for this process.
You can buyin to the tournament in the pokerclient. You will find tournament for this under “Event” and “Special” . €1500 for Seat and €2150 for seat and 5 nights at Swissotel
Dress Code
The Casino dress code is casual
Cash
Please note that PokerStars will not be offering a cashier service for players wishing to withdraw cash from their PokerStars accounts, so we strongly recommend that all players make their own financial arrangements in Tallinn. Tournament fees for side events will be accepted in Estonian Kroon only (two Euros is approximately 31 Kroon). All transactions in Estonia must be made in local currency.
Player’s Lounge
PokerStars will be hosting a Player's Lounge in Tallinn for all those involved in the tournament. There will be comfy sofas, plasma TV's, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, table football as well as a cash bar serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.
The player’s lounge will be open from 12:00 - 10:00 daily.
Party
A welcome reception will be held Tuesday June 15 at 21:00 in the 6th floor foyer and is open to all registered players. Join us for complementary drinks!
