Moneymaker Millionaire Terms and Conditions

The PokerStars Moneymaker Millionaire, referred to below as the "Event", is a free to enter poker contest. The Event qualification will take place on PokerStars beginning Monday, July 24, 2006 and will run until Saturday, December 3, 2006. The winners will advance to play at the Atlantis Resort and Casino in January, 2007 (exact dates TBD).

Any person 18 or older may register for free at PokerStars and receive a free ticket to participate in one of the Event's daily poker tournament qualifiers.

All entrants must be 18 and over, or the legal age of majority in their home country, state or province, to participate. Players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or photo ID) prior to playing in the Moneymaker Millionaire event at the Atlantis Resort and Casino.
Each player is entitled to one free entry ticket to participate in the Event. Any attempts to fraudulently gain additional tickets will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any additional prizes.
All players participating in the Event must abide by all PokerStars Terms of Service requirements listed at http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/room/tos/.
All qualifying poker tournaments for the Event, along with the Event final, will be No Limit Texas Hold'em.
By participating in a satellite of any kind on PokerStars.com, or in the Event, you grant PokerStars.com the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
You may only win one Event prize package. Additional prize packages won will be forfeited and do not carry any redeemable cash value which shall be the first prize package which you win.
You may not sell or transfer your Round 1, 2 or 3 Moneymaker Millionaire entry ticket. The account that the ticket has been credited to must play or forfeit the ticket.
The person whose name appears on any PokerStars account which wins a package will be deemed to be the person who played and won the satellite, and that person must attend and play in the tournament. You may not transfer, sell or receive any cash in exchange for your Event prize.
You affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your PokerStars.com account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of Event packages. Please verify your account information in the Cashier window before playing in any Event qualifiers, and update the information if needed. During the Event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Event, or any other behavior that the Event sponsor, in its sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct of the Event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the Event as a result of any rules infraction all prizes will be forfeited.
Details regarding the redemption of the Aston Martin DB9 Volante automobile are being decided upon by management and will be announced here prior to the end of the promotion.
All conditions relating to winners' participation in the final at the Atlantis Resort and Casino in January, including flight and hotel arrangements and travel insurance, shall be provided to the winners at a later stage.
PokerStars reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Event if, in the judgment of PokerStars, the Event is not capable of being conducted as specified.

In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the Moneymaker Millionaire, the decision of PokerStars management is final.
