Dust off your suitcase and get ready to play in some of the world's biggest live poker tournaments. We're closing out the year in style with the return of the PokerStars Passport - the biggest Tournament Leader Board (TLB) promotion anywhere online! This time we are giving away more than $200,000 in live tournament packages and cash, for players that make it big on the December TLB.
Every player that finishes in the top 1,000 on the December TLB will get the chance to play for a 1-stamp PokerStars Passport, while players that finish in the top 100 will battle for the biggest prize of all - a 6-stamp PokerStars Passport!
Winners can use their Passport to enter the Main Event of any PokerStars-sponsored live tournament. This means you can play at any stop on the European Poker Tour, Latin American Poker Tour or the Asia Pacific Poker Tour! You can even use your Passport to play at the World Series of Poker* Main Event.
The roll-call of amazing destinations where your travels could take you includes Las Vegas, Barcelona, Budapest, London, Rio, Sydney and many more. This is your chance to travel the globe and play for life changing cash prizes in the world's biggest events! You are only limited by the number of stamps on the Passport you have won.
How it works
The Top 100 players on the December TLB will be entered into a tournament taking place at 15:00 ET, January 18, 2009. See below for more about what you can win.

Players that finish in places 101st - 1,000th will be split into three groups as follows:
- 101st to 200th
- 201st to 500th
- 501st to 1000th
Each group has its own tournament, where players can win a 1-Stamp PokerStars Passport and a share of more than $10,000 in cash! The group tournaments also take place at 15:00 ET, January 18, 2009.

You can check your Leader Board status directly from the PokerStars lobby. Simply click 'Requests' in the menu bar at the top, select 'Tournament Leader Board' and 'This Month'.

PokerStars Passport 2007
The 2007 PokerStars Passport promotion was won by Dustin Mele. He's spent the year travelling the world and representing PokerStars at many of the biggest events on the poker circuit - including the WSOP* and EPT events in Dortmund, Copenhagen, San Remo, Monte Carlo, Barcelona and London.
