A Direct Bank Transfer is a cashout method that allows you to receive your winnings by having them credited directly to your bank account.

Is Direct bank transfer available to me?

Direct Bank transfers are currently available for players from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Canada, Croatia, Finland, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lichtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Macedonia, Portugal, Reunion Islands, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

How can I make cashouts from PokerStars using Direct Bank Transfer?

All you need to do is initiate your cashout from the PokerStars Cashier. Once you have entered the amount you would like to withdraw, simply choose the 'Direct Bank Transfer' option on the Cash Out screen. You will then be asked to enter information about your bank account. Once you have done this, you will be requested to confirm your bank account information before we submit your request for processing.

Please be aware that the registered bank account holder must be the same as the PokerStars account holder.

Please note that it will take up to 72 hours for PokerStars to send your cashout for processing. Once your Direct Bank Transfer has been processed, it may take 2-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.

How does the exchange rate conversion work?

When you request your cashout, we convert your funds from $US and credit the local currency equivalent to your bank account. PokerStars uses Reuters exchange rates to convert players' funds from $US to your local currency. PokerStars does not charge a conversion fee.
