How do I load funds into my ClickandBuy account?

ClickandBuy offers worldwide funding with MasterCard, Visa and Visa Electron. In addition, depending on your country, ClickandBuy also allows you to fund your account using the following methods:

• Online Money Transfer
  You can quickly and conveniently fund your ClickandBuy account using Online Money Transfer methods such as EPS, giropay and iDEAL.
• Direct debit
  Click and Buy credit your account once they have received the funds.
• Bank Transfer
  You can also choose to transfer money into your ClickandBuy account directly from your bank account. As soon as the transfer is received, your ClickandBuy account will be credited.
• Additional credit cards
  Several country-specific credit cards are also accepted by ClickandBuy eg. Maestro in UK, Carte Bleue in France. Please note that there may be some limits and restrictions on using credit cards for funding.
• Localised payment options

How much does it cost to use ClickandBuy?

ClickandBuy is free to use in most cases but there may be some fees applied for pre-funding your account, if this is the case ClickandBuy will display the applicable fee amount to you, before you confirm your purchase.

The fees for any transactions are clearly displayed in your ClickandBuy account area and also in the fee table contained in their terms and conditions.

How can I make purchases at PokerStars using ClickandBuy?

To make a ClickandBuy purchase, visit the Cashier and select "Buy Chips". You will then see an option to use ClickandBuy. Please click on the "ClickandBuy" button and then on the "Deposit" button. The ClickandBuy deposit screen will be displayed. Please enter the "Charge Amount" (and bonus code, if you have one) and click on "Submit".

If you do not yet have an account with ClickandBuy, do not worry, you will have the opportunity to register during the next step. Or alternatively, you can visit the ClickandBuy website and register there.

After clicking "Submit", a browser window will open up and guide you through the process of transferring funds from your ClickandBuy account to your PokerStars account. Once you've successfully completed all the steps, you will be returned to the Cashier, where your funds will be waiting.

Currently ClickandBuy purchase limits are:

• US $10 - minimum purchase
• US $600 - maximum amount to purchase within 24 hours
• US $1,500 - maximum amount to purchase within 7 days
• US $2,000 - maximum amount to purchase within 30 days

What about my cashouts?

You may use your ClickandBuy account to cash out any amount above the deposits that you have made with any other deposit method. You would need to make at least one purchase with ClickandBuy to be able to cashout to it.

How do I withdraw money from ClickandBuy?

If you have credit on your ClickandBuy account, you can submit a request to have the funds transferred directly into your bank account. Please note, that there may be a fee for doing so, if your bank account has not been verified by ClickandBuy. Please contact ClickandBuy for more details in this regard.

What will it cost me to use ClickandBuy at PokerStars?

There are no fees for using ClickandBuy at PokerStars. Players are responsible for any fees charged by ClickandBuy.

How does the exchange rate conversion work?

If your ClickandBuy account is in one of the following currencies: EUR, GBP, DKK, NOK or SEK. PokersStars will automatically convert your ClickandBuy deposits to USD at no additional cost. PokerStars uses Reuters exchange rates to convert players' deposits from local currency to USD.
