Both PokerStars and Full Tilt are owned and operated by the Rational Group. Players can benefit from this linking by securely ‘pairing’ their PokerStars and Full Tilt accounts, allowing them to  easily transfer funds between the two sites. This process is simple and fast, and gives you full control of your bankroll so you can play your favorite games on both sites with ease!

 

 

Follow the simple three-step process below to pairing your PokerStars and Full Tilt accounts.

STEP 1 -

Log into your PokerStars account, click ‘Requests’ and select ‘Play Full Tilt...’.

STEP 2 -

Create a new account or log in to your existing account.

Creating a new account

If you don’t already have a Full Tilt account you can easily create one. Simply enter the Player ID you want to use on Full Tilt and choose your password. You can use the same Player ID on Full Tilt as your PokerStars account if it is available, but you should make sure you choose a different password.

Your new Full Tilt account will then be created using the same details and email address as your PokerStars account, easy!

Already have a Full Tilt Account?

If you already have a Full Tilt account there is no need to create a new one. Simply click the Login button and enter your Full Tilt Player ID and Password.

STEP 3 -

You’re finished! You have now paired your PokerStars and Full Tilt accounts and confirmation of the pairing will be sent to your registered PokerStars email address. Now that your accounts are paired, transferring funds between them is quick and easy. See the Transfers section to learn how.

Once your accounts are paired you do not have to go through the process again. The next time you log in to PokerStars and select ‘Requests’ then ‘Play Full Tilt…’ you will be taken straight to Full Tilt!

Q. I’ve forgotten my Account Login details

A. PokerStars
Username: if you can’t remember your user name just open the PokerStars game client and click on ‘login’, then ‘Forgot User ID/Password’ and ‘Click here if you forgot your User ID’. 
Enter your registered PokerStars email address and you’ll receive an email confirming your User ID.

Password: You can reset your password manually by going to the main software screen, clicking on ‘Login’ and then on ‘Forgot Password’. Enter your information and a new temporary password will be emailed to your registered PokerStars email address.

Player ID: To retrieve your Full Tilt account Player ID details, please contact support@fulltiltpoker.com.

Password: You can reset your password manually by going to the main software screen and clicking on ‘Forgot Password’. Enter your information and a new temporary password will be emailed to your registered email address.

Q. What is ‘Account Pairing’ exactly?

A. Account Pairing is a secure system which establishes a link, “pairing”, between a players Full Tilt & PokerStars accounts. This secure system facilitates the process for transferring funds between accounts for players from their Full Tilt account to PokerStars.

All players must establish ‘Account Pairing’ should they wish to complete a transfer between their paired accounts.

Q. What is a transfer between paired accounts?

A. A transfer between paired accounts is the moving of funds from a player’s Full Tilt account to their PokerStars account or vise-versa. Players can move all or a partial amount of their funds. 

Players can only make a transfer to their own linked account.

Q. Can I pair my account with a friend’s account?

A. No, you can only pair your own Full Tilt & PokerStars accounts. Only 2 accounts can be paired (1 x Full Tilt & 1 x PokerStars). 

There are absolutely no exceptions to this.

Q. My account is restricted or frozen on PokerStars

A. If you your account is Restricted or Frozen please contact support@pokerstars.com.

Q. My account is restricted or frozen on Full Tilt

A. If you your account is Restricted or Frozen on Full Tilt please contact support@fulltiltpoker.com.

Q. My account is self-excluded

A. If your account is self-excluded you will still be able to complete the ‘Account Pairing’ process and make a one-time transfer of funds between your Full Tilt and PokerStars accounts. Please note that once the pairing process is completed, you will not be able to transfer funds between accounts if self-excluded. You will be prohibited from playing until your exclusion expires, however you will be able to cash out your funds, should you wish.

Q. The details on my account do not match, can I still pair them?

You may not be able to successfully complete the account pairing process if the information between your Full Tilt account and your PokerStars account do not match. If that is the case, please change the information on your account to match. If this is not possible, please contact: support@pokerstars.com who can help you update your account details.

Q. Can I remove the pairing between my accounts?

If you need to remove the pairing between your accounts for any reason please contact support@pokerstars.com.

Please Note: Before transferring funds from one account to the other, you will need to go through the Account Pairing process, to pair your PokerStars account with your Full Tilt Poker account.

Transferring funds from Full Tilt Poker to PokerStars

STEP 1 -

Log into Full Tilt and click on the ‘Cashier’ button in the Lobby to open the Cashier window.
From within the Cashier, click on the ‘Transfer to PokerStars’ button.

Your available funds and PokerStars User ID will be displayed. Enter the amount you wish to transfer and click on ‘OK’.

Once submitted, please await approval of your transfer, which will be reviewed manually by our Support team.

Transferring funds from PokerStars to Full Tilt

Once you have completed the Account Pairing process you can transfer funds from PokerStars to Full Tilt quickly and easily. Simply log in to your PokerStars account, click the ‘Cashier’ button, and then select ‘Transfer to Full Tilt’. Alternatively, you can select ‘Transfer to Full Tilt Poker…’ from the ‘Requests’ menu within the PokerStars Lobby.

Your available funds for transfer and your Full Tilt Poker User ID will be displayed. Enter the amount in USD you want to transfer then click on ‘OK’.

Please note that your transfer will be processed following security review and approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the transfer has been processed.

Q. What are the limits for transferring to Full Tilt?

A. The minimum amount you can transfer is $0.01. The maximum amount is dictated by your account’s transfer limits which depend on your account status and previous history.

Q. How do I receive transfers from my Full Tilt account?

A. In addition to transferring funds to your Full Tilt account from your PokerStars account, you are also able to transfer from your Full Tilt account to your PokerStars account. For full details, please see Full Tilt's page about this process.
