PokerStars Passport Terms & Conditions for TLB

The following are the terms and conditions of the PokerStars Passport ("Passport") prize as issued by the PokerStars Multi-Table Tournament Yearly TLB ("Yearly TLB") which consists of tournaments ("Tournaments") organized by the operator ("PokerStars") of the Internet site found at www.pokerstars.com (the "Site"). Your participation in Tournaments on the Site shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever the greater) to participate in the Yearly TLB. You may be asked at any stage to provide PokerStars or a third party with proof of age and/or identity. All players must be able to present a valid passport or other valid picture ID to verify their age and/or identity. Any player unable to produce such proof of age will be excluded from the Site.
By participating in a tournament of any kind on PokerStars, you are deemed to have granted PokerStars the right to use your name, likeness, voice and image in marketing and promotion campaigns in any media whatsoever without further compensation and you expressly waive any claims against PokerStars in this regard. You further agree to help promote PokerStars and the Site and act as a spokesperson for PokerStars.
Employees and relatives of employees of PokerStars and any entities affiliated or related to PokerStars are not permitted to participate in the Multi-Table Tournament Leader Board. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
The Passports issued as prizes for the Yearly TLB can be used to gain entry to any Tournament on a PokerStars-sponsored poker tour. The number of tournaments for which a Passport can be used to gain entry is defined by the the number of 'Stamps' of the Passport, i.e. a 'Five-Stamp' Passport can be used to gain entry to five tournaments.

Each Tournament entry gained by use of a Passport will include the same benefits as are included in the standard Tournament entry package as offered on the Site. This includes the Tournament buy-in, a standard hotel room for the duration of the Tournament and a fixed allowance for traveling costs.
The person whose name appears on any PokerStars account which wins a Passport issued via the Yearly TLB will be deemed to be the person who played and won the Passport, and that person must attend and play in the live Tournament.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever any winning entrant does not take an element of a prize at a time stipulated by PokerStars, then such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her claim to such prize and PokerStars shall not have any obligation to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
The winners of the Passports awarded by the Yearly TLB will be required by PokerStars to wear PokerStars logo clothing during the live Tournament(s). You hereby agree to do so.
By entering into a Tournament each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless PokerStars, their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever, including any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the acceptance of any prizes.
PokerStars reserves the right, at any time, to alter these terms and conditions at is sole discretion if PokerStars believes that the Yearly TLB is not capable of being conducted as specified.
When participating in any Tournament on the Site, you confirm that the name and address which are registered in your PokerStars account are correct and up to date. Any updates should be done before participating in any Tournament.
In the case of disputes in regards to the participation rights, all matters relating to the awarding of the prizes and or the terms and conditions, the final decision lies with PokerStars' management. The decision will be binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
All players participating in the Yearly TLB must abide by all PokerStars rules, as well as the terms of service requirements as listed at http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/room/tos/, and by PokerStars general tournament rules listed at http://www.pokerstars.com/poker/tournaments/rules/.
These terms and conditions and matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Isle of Man law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Isle of Man courts.
