Macau Poker Cup Terms and Conditions

1. There are three Macau Poker Cup Series Events and the Macau Millions held annually which you can qualify through by entering PokerStars Macau Satellites:

   *2% of cash tournament prize pools held to offset tournament staffing costs.
2. PokerStars Macau reserves the right to makes additions or alterations to this schedule.
3. You may represent PokerStars in a PokerStars Macau (PSM) event by winning a satellite on PokerStars. The package value is set in advance of satellites commencing by reference to the exchange rate at that time, as determined by PokerStars.
4. You have the opportunity to represent PokerStars in a PSM event if you are PlatinumStar status or above on PokerStars by using your T-Money to buy into the event. Please note, T-Money buy-ins are subject to hotel availability.
5. All satellites to PSM events will be No Limit Hold'em. Each week there will be numerous ‘Direct Qualifiers’ for PSM packages or entries. Additionally there are daily feeder satellites to the ‘Direct Qualifiers’.
6. Entrants who are not Macau residents must be 18 years of age to participate in PSM venue satellites and events.
7. By participating in a PSM satellite on PokerStars or by buying a seat with T-Money, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
8. By winning a seat in a PSM event, or by using T-Money to purchase a seat, you agree that you are not permitted to wear clothing bearing any logo other than a PokerStars logo at the final table.
9. The first PSM seat you win is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and can only be claimed by the PokerStars account holder. If you win, you must play or forfeit the seat. If you win additional seats, they may not be sold or transferred; your PokerStars account will be credited with T-money plus, if applicable, $500 cash for travel expenses.
10. By playing any qualifier or otherwise seeking to participate in a PSM event, each participant acknowledges and agrees that their participation is subject to compliance with rules of entry to PSM, these terms and conditions and the execution of a consent form. During PSM events, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Event, or any other behavior that the PSM Venue organizers, in their sole judgment, believe to be detrimental to the conduct of PSM events. PokerStars will not provide any refunds if you are penalized or disqualified. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may cause PokerStars to withhold from any participant or player any benefits provided under these terms and conditions and to require the participant to cease to participate.
11. Players competing in any PSM event are required to permit their image to be shown on television internationally, without restriction and in all forms of media including the Internet. Entry into each tournament is taken as that player giving their consent to participate in the relevant media coverage.
12. Any player playing in any PSM event acknowledges to PokerStars that the entire copyright and all other rights throughout the world in any film and /or video or other recordings of themselves taken or made during any event on PSM shall belong to PokerStars and to the extent that the player holds any such rights they are hereby assigned by the player to PokerStars.
13. The player warrants to PSM and PokerStars that they are able to assign all such rights and give such acknowledgements.
14. Any player in any PSM event agrees to comply with any reasonable request made by PSM or the Tournament Director during the event to assist in publicizing, televising or promoting the event.
15. Players must make themselves available to attend press conferences and/or television interviews at any reasonable time during any event on PSM if requested by PSM, the Tournament Director or his representative.
