SCOOP - Player of the Series Leaderboard

SCOOP - Player of the Series Leaderboard

We’re giving you even more chances to win big, with the SCOOP Player of the Series Leaderboard challenge! Cash in any SCOOP event, at any stake, and you’ll earn points that go towards the Leaderboard. This means that low-stakes players can compete alongside the high rollers, for incredible prizes like 2009 WCOOP Main Event tickets, and 2010 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure and EPT Monte Carlo prize packages. When all events are complete, we’ll be paying out the following to the players that finish in the top 3:

  • 1st - Player of the Series trophy, 2009 WCOOP Main Event ticket, 2010 PCA prize package, 2010 EPT Monte Carlo prize package and a Special Edition PokerStars chip set
  • 2nd - 2009 WCOOP Main Event ticket, 2010 PCA prize package and a Special Edition PokerStars chip set
  • 3rd - 2009 WCOOP Main Event ticket and a Special Edition PokerStars chip set

Note: in the event of a tie for any of the above places, the total amount won will be used as the tie-breaker.

See the Player of the Series Leaderboard to see the latest standings. We’ll be updating the table daily during SCOOP, so be sure to keep checking back!

How to earn points

Points will be awarded as follows for each type of SCOOP event. It doesn’t matter which stake level you play, all levels will award the same amount of points for that event.

See below for an example of how the points will be calculated.

Important note: points will only be awarded to players finishing in positions where they won a cash award for their finish. For example, only 10 places will be paid in Event 05-H, the $1,575 Double Shootout, thus there will be no points awarded to the players finishing in 11th - 100th.
