PokerStars is very pleased to have a dedicated and caring support team to look after our players. Our team is standing by 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to answer our players questions. Players can simply E-mail support@pokerstars.com. We seek to reply to all questions as rapidly as possible.
When you contact us with your query, please include as much information as possible. This will allow our support team to deal with your problem in a comprehensive, timely and professional manner. It is also very helpful to include the exact text or a screen shot of any error messages or technical issues that you encounter.
GENERAL INQUIRIES
Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section is a great source of information and covers the typical questions and concerns of our players. If a question is not covered in the FAQ, then players can send e-mail to support@pokerstars.com and one of our service team will be glad to assist.
Real Money Deposits
If the deposit you are trying to make is refused, you can use our Deposit Assistance Department (DAD) feature. A pop up box will appear on screen, asking you to enter your phone number and a time when it would be convenient to call you. We’ll then contact you to help get your deposit approved. If the pop up box doesn’t appear, send an email, with ‘Phone Request’ as the subject line, to dad@pokerstars.com and a time when we can call. Please note that DAD is only available in English and Spanish.
