World Poker Tour Finals 2005 - Terms and Conditions

1. You may represent PokerStars in the final event at the Foxwoods World Poker Finals (WPF) by:
   • Winning a cash satellite on PokerStars, or
   • Buying into the event ($10,000 + $200) with W$10,200 if you are one of our most loyal players. That is, you have at least 10,000 lifetime Frequent Player Points (FPPs).
2. All satellites to the WPF will be No Limit Hold 'em.
3. Entrants must be 21 years of age to participate in the satellites or the WPF.
4. By participating in a WPF satellite on PokerStars or by buying a seat, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
5. Whether you win a cash satellite on PokerStars or purchase a seat with W$, you agree to wear PokerStars logo clothing (provided by PokerStars) throughout the WPF event.
   
6. The WPF is a sanctioned event of the World Poker Tour. You acknowledge and agree that the World Poker Tour requires all players in World Poker Tour events to sign a waiver prior to the beginning of the WPF that includes permission to film and broadcast your participation in the WPF, as well as a "no deal" clause.
7. During the WPF, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Event, or any other behavior that the WPF organizers, in their sole judgment, believe to be detrimental to its conduct of the WPF. PokerStars will not provide any refunds if you are penalized or disqualified.
8. The first WPF seat you win is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win, you must play or forfeit the seat. If you win additional seats, they may not be sold or transferred. Your PokerStars account will be credited with W$10,200.
9. The person whose name appears on any PokerStars account which wins a WPF seat will be deemed to be the person who played and won the satellite, and that person must attend and play in the World Poker Final tournament.

In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of this promotion, the decision of PokerStars management is final.
