World Poker Tour 2005 - Terms and Conditions

1. The PokerStars WPT satellites may qualify you for the $25,300 WPT Championship at the Bellagio on April 18-24, 2005. We refer to this as "the Event."
2. All satellites and tournaments will be No Limit Hold'em.
3. Entrants must be 21 years of age to play either in satellites or in the Event. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).
4. By participating in a satellite of any kind on PokerStars, or in the Event, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. All players qualify through Frequent Player Point satellites are required to wear PokerStars logowear. Cash qualifiers are encouraged to wear PokerStars logowear. You further agree to help promote PokerStars and act as a PokerStars spokesman during and after the Event, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by PokerStars.
5. The WPT Championship is sanctioned by the World Poker Tour. You acknowledge and agree that the World Poker Tour requires all players in World Poker Tour events to sign a waiver prior to the beginning of the WPT Championship that includes permission to film and broadcast your participation in the WPT Championship, as well as a "no deal" clause.
6. During the Event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Event, or any other behavior that the Event sponsor, in its sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct of the Event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the Event as a result of any rules infraction, PokerStars assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
7. The first package (entry fee plus travel expenses) to the event that you win, whether through cash satellite, FPP satellite or in any other way, is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win, you must play or forfeit the package. If you win additional satellites, you will be credited with 25,300 W$ and $1000 cash.
8. You affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your PokerStars account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of Event packages.
9. In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the PokerStars WPT satellites, the decision of PokerStars management is final.
