David Bach - World Series of Poker 2003 Players
David is a graduate of the University of Georgia, with a degree in psychology. Since graduation, he has divided his time between bowling professionally and playing poker. He learned the game at age 16 from his father, a clinical psychologist who has always supplemented his income with some poker on the side.
David has traveled to poker tournaments around the US since 1997. In his first WSOP appearance in 1998, he placed 13th in the $1,500 Stud event. He has made numerous final tables at Foxwoods, the Commerce Casino in LA and in Tunica, where he recently finished second out of a field of 555 players at the World Poker Open.
David has played in tournaments on PokerStars since the day we started the site, and credits PokerStars for a dramatic improvement in his tournament play. He is looking forward to the 2003 World Championship of Online Poker (coming up in August).
