World Series 2005 - Terms and Conditions

*WSOP and World Series of Poker (from now on referred to as the Main Event and/or World Series)

1. You may represent PokerStars in the final event at the World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City) by:
   • Winning a cash satellite on PokerStars, or
   • Buying into the event ($10,000 + $200) with W$10,000 if you are one of our most loyal players. That is, you have at least 10,000 lifetime Frequent Player Points (FPPs).
2. All satellites to the World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City) will be No Limit Hold 'em.
3. Entrants must be 21 years of age to participate in the satellites or the World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City).
4. By participating in a World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City) satellite on PokerStars or by buying a seat, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
5. Whether you win a cash satellite on PokerStars or purchase a seat with W$, you agree to wear PokerStars logo clothing (provided by PokerStars) throughout the World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City) event.
6. The World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City) is a sanctioned event of the *World Series of Poker. You acknowledge and agree that the *WSOP requires all players in World Series events to sign a waiver prior to the beginning of the World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City) that includes permission to film and broadcast your participation in the World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City).
7. During the World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City), strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Event, or any other behavior that the World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City) organizers, in their sole judgment, believe to be detrimental to its conduct of the World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City). PokerStars will not provide any refunds if you are penalized or disqualified.
8. The first World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City) seat you win is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win, you must play or forfeit the seat. If you win additional seats, they may not be sold or transferred. Your PokerStars account will be credited with W$10,000.
9. The person whose name appears on any PokerStars account which wins a World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City) seat will be deemed to be the person who played and won the satellite, and that person must attend and play in the World Series Circuit (Showboat/Atlantic City) tournament.

In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of this promotion, the decision of PokerStars management is final.
