World Series of Poker 2005 - New Players - Freerolls
PokerStars is giving away 25 seats to the World Series of Poker (WSOP) main event. All you have to do is make a real money deposit and start playing. Earn 10 Frequent Player Points (FPPs) and you could be on your way to Las Vegas to play for an estimated $66,000,000 ($66 Million) WSOP main event prize pool.
The best part of this promotion is that you will only be competing against other first-time depositors for the 25 WSOP prize packages. No pros and no card sharks allowed, just the same PokerStars players you see everyday at our Play Money tables.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for this promotion, you must:
- Be a play money player as of midnight May 25, 2005, and
- Have never made a cash deposit before, and
- Have never played in a real money game at PokerStars, and
- Make a real money deposit (minimum $25 via NETeller or $50 via other deposit methods), earn 10 FPPs, and get your ticket for a Round 1 event before June 26, 1am ET.
You can quickly earn 10 FPPs by playing in 10 of our new $1 + $0.20 Sit & Go tournaments or playing approximately 30 minutes in a $2/$4 Texas Hold'em game.
ROUND 1 FREEROLLS
For every 10 Frequent Player Points you earn, you may enter one Round 1 freeroll.
The top 18 places in each of the Round 1 freerolls will receive an entry into a Round 2 freeroll. Players may accrue as many Round 2 freeroll entries as they can win. Round 1 freerolls will run Monday-Sunday at 1:00am ET, 3:30pm ET, 8:30pm ET, and 11:00pm ET.
To register click "Tourney" and then "Freeroll" in your game lobby. Look for the "WSOP 25 Seat Giveway Promotion" in purple text, and buy in with your FPPs.
ROUND 2 FREEROLLS
You can gain entry to Round 2 freerolls by winning a Round 1 qualifier, or buying directly in for 100 FPPs.
Round 2 freerolls will run on Sundays between June 5 and June 26 at 2pm ET. A player may unregister, receive 100 FPP and register some other Sunday if he wishes so.
Round 2 schedule:
June 5 - 6 prize packages
June 12 - 6 prize packages
June 19 - 6 prize packages
June 26 - 7 prize packages
To buy directly in to a Round 2 event click "Tourney" and then "Freeroll" in your game lobby. Look for the "WSOP 25 Seat Giveway Promotion" in purple text, and buy in with 100 FPPs.
ROUND 2 AWARDS
Winners of Round 2 freerolls will receive one PokerStars WSOP Package good for a $10,000 entry into the WSOP main event, $1000 cash, and 9 nights luxury hotel accommodations.
NOTE: You may only use one account when participating in this promotion. PokerStars reserves the right to verify and strip winners of their prize if it is proven that they have played from multiple accounts.

Now you can choose to fund your account with a credit card, through NETeller, or any other preferred funding option, including Western Union.
