World Series 2005 - Preliminary Events

1. Entrants must be 21 years of age to play in the Event. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Entrants may participate in events only if they will be 21 years of age by the start of any event in which they're playing.
2. By using your W$ to buy in any approved preliminary World Series event, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
3. All players who use their W$ to buy into any approved preliminary World Series event are required to wear PokerStars logo-wear exclusively.
4. PokerStars will provide no hotel accommodations or travel expense money for players using W$ to buy into World Series preliminary events.
5. You agree to help promote PokerStars and act as a PokerStars spokesman during and after the Event, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by PokerStars.
6. You may be required to sign a waiver prior to playing in the World Series. This waiver may include permission to film and broadcast your participation in the World Series. You agree to sign any waiver required by the World Series and/or its broadcast partners (such as ESPN). If you do not sign this waiver, you will not be permitted to play in the World Series, and will forfeit your entry, without compensation.
7. During the Event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Event, or any other behavior that the Event sponsor, in its sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct of the Event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the Event as a result of any rules infraction, PokerStars assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
8. You must have enough W$ in your account to buy into any preliminary World Series event. Once confirmed and the funds are removed, this seat can not be transferred or sold.
9. You affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your PokerStars account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture.
10. In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the PokerStars World Series Millionaire Quest 2005, the decision of PokerStars management is final.
11. This Agreement will be executed in person prior to the start of the event and all players will be required show a valid picture ID or passport.
