World Series of Poker 2005 - Satellite Winners

When you win your prize package, you must complete the following steps to ensure your WSOP experience.

Before you get to Las Vegas:

1. Within 12 hours of winning your seat, PokerStars will send you an e-mail from wsop@pokerstars.com to explain your package options. Once you've received this email you must register at our online registration system (http://regonline.com/22804). You may check to see if you can register if you'd like. If you can not, we will soon upload your information so that you may, so please be patient.
2. Please review PokerStars' Terms and Conditions for this event. You must sign a copy of this in order to get your seat in the WSOP. You may choose between $1000 cash or hotel accommodations. If you choose the hotel accommodations, you can sign the Terms and Conditions once you arrive in Las Vegas. Please note: Winners of Frequent Player Point or Tournament Leader Board qualifiers are required to wear PokerStars clothing and choose one of the sponsored player options (cash or hotel). FPP and TLB winners may not choose the "non-sponsored" option during registration.
3. PokerStars will wire money to the WSOP to cover your buy-in to the main event. Please monitor your e-mail inbox for an e-mail from the WSOP confirming your registration. The email that you receive from the WSOP will include information about which flight (Day 1, 2, or 3) you will start on. PokerStars does not have that information.

When you get to Las Vegas:

1. The first day of the main event begins at 11:00am. The WSOP requests you arrive a few hours early to check-in.
2. Be sure to bring photo ID when you check in. The name on your drivers license or passport must match the name on your PokerStars account (which is the name we use to register you with the WSOP). If not, you will not be allowed to play in the WSOP. If you have any questions about this, please contact wsop@pokerstars.com.
   
   All players should obtain a WSOP player card. This is a requirement of the WSOP. Players are asked to do this in advance as lines are expected to be long on the starting date of each 'day 1', so please plan ahead. The lines have been smaller between the hours of 2:00am and 6:00am so if you are able to sign up within that time frame you will wait the shortest amount of time.
3. If you encounter any problems after you reach Las Vegas, there will be a PokerStars hospitality suite where we can answer questions and help you with any problems you have.

Beginning Friday June 3rd, 2005, if you wish to choose the $1K cash payment in lieu of a hotel stay, you will have to do that in Las Vegas. To take the "cash in lieu of hotel room" option, please:

• Send email to wsop@pokerstars.com stating that you want to take the cash option.
• If you choose the cash option in lieu of the hotel, you must sign the Terms and Conditions and email this back to wsop@pokerstars.com or fax it to Attention: WSOP Staff, Fax : 011+ 506-295- 6860 as soon as you complete your online registration. Your PokerStars account will be credited $1,000 July 7th, 2005 the first day of the main event.
• When you get to Las Vegas, go to the PokerStars hospitality suite located in room 489 in the Impanema Tower at the Rio. When you are there, you can sign the waiver for the cash payment. The money will be deposited to your PokerStars account. We will not be able to provide the payment in cash at the Rio. By choosing this option you will also need to pick up PokerStars logo-wear at the hospitality suite prior to your first day that you start, the earliest that you can do this is July 6th, 2005.

If you opt to accept PokerStars hotel accommodations offer, your hotel room will be reserved from July 6th to July 15th. Please arrive in Las Vegas on Wednesday, July 6th.

Courtsey transportation will be provided to the event each morning at either 9:00am or 10:00am, July 7th - July 14th. Because there is no way to determine when our players will return to their hotel rooms, players must arrange their own transport to their hotel. The $1000 in travel expenses that was credited to your account with your satellite win can be applied to this return transportation cost.

When you arrive in Las Vegas, there will be on-site Poker Stars staff at the front reservation desk of the hotel 8:00am - 10:00pm, where you will check into your hotel room and sign the Terms and Conditions form. Your free PokerStars logo-wear will be delivered directly to your hotel room before the end of the evening, July 6th, 2005.

Please note: PokerStars can not change your hotel reservations from one property to another. We have assigned players to either the Treasure Island or Mirage based solely on when the player qualified for the WSOP.

As you are likely already aware, this year's championship event is set to crush all records for the number of participants. Because of this, the "first day" of the competition will be played in three flights over three days. As of now, the WSOP has not yet assigned your flight, and we have no control over the flight to which you're assigned. Keep a close eye on our WSOP page for your flight assignment and other details.
