1. The PokerStars Main Event Millionaire Quest 2005 ("the Millionaire Quest") may qualify you for the $11,000 World Series main event prize package for July 7-15, 2005. We refer to this as "the Event."
2. All satellites and tournaments in the Millionaire Quest will be No Limit Hold'em.
3. Entrants must be 21 years of age to play in the Event. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID). Players may participate in satellites only if they will be 21 years of age by July 7th, 2005.
4. By participating in a satellite of any kind on PokerStars, or in the Event, you grant PokerStars the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
5. All players who qualify through Frequent Player Point or TLB satellites are required to wear PokerStars logo-wear exclusively. In exchange, FPP qualifiers will receive their choice of nine nights hotel accommodations or $1000 deposited to their PokerStars account in lieu of hotel accommodations.
6. Cash qualifiers are encouraged to wear PokerStars logo-wear exclusively. Qualifiers who choose to wear PokerStars logo-wear exclusively will receive their choice of nine nights hotel accommodations or $1000 deposited to their PokerStars account in lieu of hotel accommodations. Qualifiers who choose not to wear PokerStars logo-wear exclusively forfeit any hotel accommodations or cash payment offer.
7. You agree to help promote PokerStars and act as a PokerStars spokesman during and after the Event, including, but not limited to, meeting with press and participating in other events conducted by PokerStars.
8. You may be required to sign a waiver prior to playing in the Main Event. This waiver may include permission to film and broadcast your participation in the *World Series of Poker. You agree to sign any waiver required by the World Series and/or its broadcast partners (such as ESPN). If you do not sign this waiver, you will not be permitted to play in the Main Event, and will forfeit your entry, without compensation.
9. During the Event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced. These may include penalties, up to and including disqualification, for foul language, abuse of dealers, players or any other person during the Event, or any other behavior that the Event sponsor, in its sole judgment, believes to be detrimental to its conduct of the Event. If you are penalized or disqualified from the Event as a result of any rules infraction, PokerStars assumes no responsibility for your entry, which may be forfeited.
10. The first package (entry fee plus travel expenses and/or hotel accommodations) to the events that you win, whether through cash satellite, FPP satellite, or in any other way, is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you win, you must play or forfeit the package. If you win additional satellites, you will be credited 10,000 W$ and $1,000 in cash.
11. You affirm that the name, email address, postal address, and phone number(s) associated with your PokerStars account are accurate, and agree that the person whose name appears on that account will be the actual person who plays in the Event. Any discrepancy in this may result in disqualification or forfeiture of Event packages.
12. In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of the PokerStars Main Event Millionaire Quest 2005, the decision of PokerStars management is final.
13. This Agreement will be executed in person prior to the start of the event and all players will be required show a valid picture ID or passport.
