$1 Million Freeroll Summer Spectacular - Terms & Conditions

LIVE STTs

1. Entry is limited to one Single Table Tournament (STT) per eligible player. You may not play in more than one scheduled STT. If you do you will forfeit any prize winnings and will be refused entry into the online freeroll if you placed first.

2. Players must have gained entry to the 2009 WSOP* Main Event through PokerStars and signed the PokerStars World Series Terms and Conditions and agree and adhere to its contents to be eligible to play in a STT. Contact wsop@pokerstars.com for all enquiries regarding eligibility for the $1 Million Freeroll Summer Spectacular.

3. Players must be 21 or over. You will be required to show a form of approved photo identification.

4. Play will not begin on a scheduled STT until all seats on that table are filled, or at the Tournament Director’s sole discretion.

5. Players must play the STT on the date and time they have chosen in advance. Any player who does not play in their scheduled tournament will forfeit their seat and any prize value they may have received. If a player does not participate in their scheduled STT but can provide supporting documentation as to the reason of their absence then their STT date will be amended and the player will be allowed to play.

6. **All players will be subject to governing tax laws of the United States and of the nation in which they reside. Please consult a member of The Palms Hotel and Casino staff for more information with regards to any liability you may face. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure any and all local and international tax regulations are abided by. PokerStars will not be responsible for or assist any player in relation to any tax implications they may face.

7. All prizes will be paid to the player in cash by The Palms Casino and Resort. No other form of transfer method will be available.

8. Players will be able to register into one of the scheduled STT events until one (1) hour prior to the start time.

9. The seat draw for each STT will be made at random prior to the start time through The Palms Club card system. The seat draw for the next scheduled STT with begin as soon as play begins on the previous tournament.

ONLINE FREEROLL

1. Standard PokerStars online tournament Terms and Conditions apply.

2. The online freeroll prize pool is subject to total amount distributed in the live Single Table Tournaments at The Palms (USD $1,000,000, less whatever monies are awarded through the live STTs at the Palms Hotel and Casino). Full prize pool and prize structure details will be published at least 7 days prior to the start of the tournament.

3. PokerStars Global Live Event Passports are valid for redemption against all PokerStars sponsored events.

4. The total amount or a portion there of from the Global Live Event Passport must be used toward purchasing a seat or package in a live event sponsored by PokerStars. All remaining funds will be deposited into the Players online account.
