ANZPT Season 4 Winners and Prizes
Congratulations to Sam Razavi - winner of ANZPT Grand Final!
Season 4 concluded with the Grand Final at the world-famous Crown Casino in Melbourne. The big winner was PokerStars Qualifier Sam Razavi from the UK who won $326,125 after outlasting 256 players. In total during Season 4 there were 1,082 players who took part, from 41 different countries, making this edition one of the biggest and best yet!
The first champion of Season 4 was crowned in Sydney, as Scotland’s Gordon Huntly took the title, trophy and AUD $226,812 in cash. Huntly managed to outlast a field of 461 players at the Star Casino to take his share of the AUD $922,000 prize pool. Australian player Mat ‘Skillz’ Carlsson was crowned champ in Perth, playing through a field of 310 players to take home the trophy and $78,275 in prize money.
The adventure capital of New Zealand, Queenstown then played host to the next event, as 149 of the region’s best players gathered to do battle. The big winner was Australia’s David Allan, who scooped the title, trophy and NZD$110,600 in cash.
