Mary Whitcomb is new to PokerStars, but in just a couple of months, PokerStars PokerSchoolOnline has made her feel very much at home. Mary says that she moved to PokerStars on the recommendation of a friend, and that the PSO has played a large part in making her an enthusiastic supporter of both the school and PokerStars. In addition to making many new friends at the site, Mary currently plays in the school's online league called the PSO Skill League.

The online training modules offered at PSO include a number of educational tools for both the new player and the more experienced. The social aspect of the school is a big draw for many players as well. Mary is one of several thousand players who are discovering the multitude of things that the site has to offer, and best of all, it's all free.

Mary (she goes by MeowSasKitty) recently moved to PokerStars from another site and says that in a very short time she has made many friends and that the support from her new-found friends and competitors on the site has been "amazing." She commented that even though they are all very competitive, "we go to the table to root each other on." The friendship and camaraderie have been very important, but what keeps her coming back is the fact that she has fun while learning to improve her game.

"Being part of PokerSchoolOnline and getting to learn from everyone makes it fun." She says that the members chat a lot and share many laughs but that some serious learning is going on as well. "I have to say that my level of play after this month has been at a high point. I had been in a slump for a few months, but to be honest, I shocked myself. I haven't felt this good in a very long time. I owe many thanks to all my friends who have given me the support to help me believe in my game again."

If you would like to see for yourself what the PSO could do for your game, you can check out the quizzes, articles, forums, and other content PokerSchoolOnline.

And don't forget to say "hi" to Mary if you see her at the table. She is always looking to make new friends.
