Polchpolek pockets €190,000 at IPT Malta

After a record 15 hours of play at the final table, Polish player Michal Polchpolek won €190,000 by lifting the title at PokerStars IPT Malta.

He beat a field of 384 players before defeating Oleksandar Sharov in a marathon five-hour heads-up battle. The man from the Ukraine took €120,000 for second. The final action saw Polchpolek shove all in with A♣K♠, called by Sharov with K♦[10c]. The board ran 4♣Q♣2♣4♥3♦ giving Polchpolek the victory.
