Game of Your Life: brave-83 looking at NBA finals

ps_news_thn.jpgSomehow the final table wasn't the hard part as far as the man from Greece was concerned. With more than 20,000 players in the field, the hard part was making it to the final table. After that, it was only a matter of winning the single biggest prize of his life. Now, he has a decision to make.

"It was an unbelievable feeling reaching the final table," PokerStars player brave-83 said. "At that point I was pretty confident in myself that I could take it down and that it was meant to be."

For the past five years, brave-83 has been playing on low stakes games on PokerStars and thinking about the big time. He's had a couple of four-figure scores, but nothing that compared to the first prize of the Game of Your Life grand final. As we told on Monday, brave-83 won front row tickets to at any sporting events in the world and the ability to take as many friends as he wants.

"To tell you the truth, I still haven't realized the magnitude of my victory," he said.

Today, brave-83 is still trying to wrap his head around the idea of winning a prize worth $100,000. That's six figures of fun and one that involves a lot of decisions. It opens up the ability to to make a choice very few people in the world can make. Front row seats to any game in the world? That's a lot to think about...unless you're brave-83, who had it figured out before he started playing.

"I was always a huge NBA fan, so when I first heard about the promotion, I immediately knew the NBA finals would be my choice," he said.

He's already told a few ecstatic friends about what's happened, but it's all still sinking in. Is it really possible?

"It will give us a chance hopefully to watch Lebron and Wade take down their first championship together," he said.

Once again, congratulations to brave-83 on his win. Hopefully someone in the PokerStars front office decides they'll want blog coverage of brave-83's trip...
