Time running out for Main Event passports
So, you're a last-minute kind of guy. I get that. Why buy the flour before it's time to start making the biscuits, am I right? But, listen, if you were hoping to secure one of those sweet PokerStars Main Event Passports, now is the time to start thinking about getting some work done. This is the final week for the Main Event Passport qualifying tournaments, and if you don't get your biscuits made this week, you're going to go hungry.
PokerStars is making sure you last-minute folks get the best possible chance to lock up your Passport. This weekend, PokerStars is hosting a huge 25-Passport guaranteed qualifier. You can get in for $700. There are also satellites running into the big one for $80 or 5,000 Frequent Player Points. After that, you can kiss your biscuits goodbye.
If you're just tuning in, the PokerStars Main Event Passport offers winners a chance to get into any main event on the EPT, LAPT, APPT, PCA, or WSOP. The choice is up to the Passport-holder.
It's been just one month since PokerStars began offering the passports. Now, nearly 200 people have one in their back pockets, 20 of whom have won multiple times.
Now is your last chance. While PokerStars will continue to run its normal qualifiers for all of its tours, the Passport is going bye-bye after this weekend.
So, gather ye biscuits while ye may and get to work this weekend.
