#PS100K Challenge starts today
Are you ready for a challenge? Wait...are you ready for ten challenges? Wait...are you ready for ten challenges that could end up in winning you a bunch of money? Pay attention, folks, because if you use Twitter, PokerStars has a to-do list for you.
Here's how it works: The @PokerStars Twitter account currently has around 96,000 followers. That's going to cross the big 100,000 mark soon. So, PokerStars is throwing a party in which the guests will have a chance to have quite a bit of fun and play in a freeroll that could be worth up to $25,000.
The first thing you will need to do is make a deposit ($10 minimum) using the bonus code TWITTER100. Once you do that, you will get a ticket into the PokerStars 100K Challenge tournament (Tournament ID 594920526). The prize pool will be a minimum of $10,000. But that's just where the fun starts. From there, the poker Twitter community will have a chance to complete ten daily challenges. Every successful challenge will result in $1,000 getting added to the prize pool. If all ten challenges are met, PokerStars will kick in another $5,000 to make the tournament worth $25,000.
The challenges begin on August 9th with a special Q&A with Team PokerStars Pro Jonathan Duhamel. Between now and August 9th, go to Twitter and ask the 2010 WSOP champ anything you want using the #askDuhamel hashtag. He'll take live questions on PokerStars Twitter account on August 9th @5pm ET. If the Poker community submits 500 or more questions, the first challenge will be complete.
Then you will have to start planning for the next nine challenges running August 10-18 (don't worry, we'll explain them all in greater detail as they draw closer).
For now, make that deposit using the TWITTER100 code, and then start asking Duhamel questions using the #askDuhamel & the #PS100k hashtag
