PokerStars announces #starsworldchamp winners

Partial nudity for the win!

More on that in a second.

So, you might have heard about the recent #starsworldchamp Instagram contest in which players were given a chance to win World Championship of Online Poker tickets simply by taking a picture of themselves doing something at which they thought they could be a world champion.

Well, the results are in. PokerStars asked Lex Veldhuis, Fatima Moreira de Melo, and Leo Margets to pick their favorites from the entries. And, I'm not saying anything, but all the winners...well, they're not wearing many articles of clothing.

Take for instance the grand prize winner, Seven4call, who has declared himself the world champion of training to be a super hero. I don't know how this ended in the ocean, but it ended the contest with him winning a $530 WCOOP ticket.

As we head to the runner-ups, you'll note a theme. Lots of water. Lots of partial nudity.

I don't know if there is a world champion of waterfall jumping. If there is, pot_it_blind wants to enter. If there's not such a category, he just created it. It's not really a big waterfall, but it's a good effort nonetheless. (You can click on the picture to see the video)

And then there was a guy, Joey Jokers, who didn't take his camera in the water with him, but endured a lot more pain for his tickets. He stripped down to his shorts and became the self-declared world champion of belly floppers. There is a video involved (which you can find on his Instagram account @wowiezawi). This is the best we can show you here.

For his pain, he got a $215 WCOOP ticket. I think he deserved it. The ticket, not the pain.

Also taking a runner-up spot was this guy, brunodcm, who...well, this guy is like the world champion of getting naked and taking a bath outside. Or something.

The point is this: he won a $215 WCOOP ticket, and we'll just assume he will put on clothes before he plays.

Actually, we're not going to assume that. Is that a horse? What is happening here?

Congrats to all the winners. Oh, and if you still want to win something, the #WCOOPLuckyHaircut contest runs until 23:59 ET tonight.

And, when naked, watch out for horses. That's my advice to you.
