PokerStars weekend review (22nd July 2013)
More big wins and enormous fields this weekend with the usual behemoths being joined by the MicroMillions hordes. There was a $204,243.66 win for SoP8800 in the Sunday Million, which you can read about here. Magorefet claimed the Sunday Warm-Up title and $74,653.20 (following a three-way chop). There were lots of micro heroes spinning a few dollars into thousands. You can read about them all here.
You can check out all the big weekend results here. A special tip of the hat is made in the direction of Paul 'padjes' Berende who took down two standout tournaments; the $215 Weekly 6-Max NLHE, $40K Gtd for $11,660 and the $162 Sunday 6-Max for $22,618.72 (after a heads-up deal with WCOOP winner Stunnaf00).
The revised WCOOP schedule was released, which included changing the Main Event buy-in back to $5,200 from the suggested $10,000.
