Weekend review: Around the world in two days

For most of the last decade writers in the poker industry--myself included--have relied on the phrase "poker world" as an all-encompassing envelope to describe poker's players, business people, and fans. We have almost certainly ground that phrase down to its nub. But today as we look over what happened over the weekend, it's almost impossible not to think of the words "poker world" again. This time, however, it's because the game was a literal global affair.
