When you're an English title winning football team about to play your first knockout match in European competition, there's really only one logical way to prepare for the big game - a series of challenges against a cocky robot constructed by a team of sporting experts.
That's what players from Leicester City FC must have figured as they took part in the latest BetStars Face Off challenge, testing their skills against the ultimate football machine firing soccer balls in their direction at 90mph, testing the power and accuracy of Christian Fuchs and Shinji Okazaki in the process.
As the video shows, the robot, voiced by comedian Mark Davison, made it clear who was boss, using its chest mounted cannon to cause all sorts of frustration and poking fun at Fuchs and Okazaki, who presumably practiced their onfield restraint by not unplugging their opponent.
Watch the video below to find out how things turned out.
This is the second time Leicester players have taken part in the BetStars Face Off series, with Fuchs, Danny Simpson and Marc Albrighton previously swapping their football boots for hockey sticks as they took on Team GB's gold medal winning hockey stars Maddie Hinch and Helen Richardson-Walsh.
