Half price Sunday Million

It's a big weekend for the Sunday Million. Not does the Sunday Million Live get underway (more on that below) but this weekend's Sunday Million has a half price buy-in, all while keeping its $1 million guarantee.

For $107.50 you get the same structure, and the same prizepool, and there are still a variety of satellites to win your way in for even less.

That's not all. The Sunday Million is also paving the Road to Barcelona with gold, so to speak, with €25,000 ticket drops during each Sunday Million from this weekend until July 2. These take place 50 minutes after the start of the tournament so register early so you don't miss out.

The ticket drop will randomly award players with €215 or €10 PokerStars Championship Barcelona satellite tickets. And if you make the final table you'll also receive a €215 satellite ticket.

Sunday Million Live

That's not all. As mentioned earlier this week marks the start of the Sunday Million Live, which is kind of a hybrid online-IRL version of the biggest tournament of the week.

The opening day 1 starts this weekend, with more to follow the week after. Finish in the top ten per cent and not only will you advance to Day 2, but you'll lock up a €400 min-cash.

Progress even more and you'll find your way to Rozvadov for the closing stages - the LIVE element - in one of Europe's most popular hideaways.

For all the details, check out the blog post we wrote about the tournament earlier today.

World Series of Poker plays on

While all this goes on online, over in Las Vegas the World Series of Poker plays on. This week there was a deep run for Barry Greenstein, while the likes of Jason Mercier and Felipe Ramos were keeping busy.

When it comes to Daniel Negreanu he's always busy. If that's not at the tables then it's doing something away from them, such as his latest VBlog which you can watch below. As Brad Willis wrote earlier this week, to miss this is to be missing out.

Poker In The Ears

We'll let the team introduce things...

"There's a Hollywood A-lister on this week's podcast, as Joe catches up with Kevin Hart on the set of a film shoot in LA.

"In this exclusive interview, Kevin talks about his book, his mission to make poker fun again, his rivalry with Usain Bolt, and reveals when we'll next see him on the tournament circuit. The rest of the show is dedicated to the 2006 James Bond movie 'Casino Royale', as the boys take a retrospective look at Daniel Craig's first outing as 007. Obviously, the film's numerous poker scenes come under the microscope, and James explains why the infamous four-way all-in is not the most egregious hand in the movie.

"Finally, with one of our loyal listeners letting us down at the last minute, Matt is forced to go head-to-head against Joe in 'Superfan vs Stapes'."
