NJCOOP returns this September. Play for just $1

NJCOOP 2018 starts this month. $1.5 million guaranteed between September 29 and October 15.

What does a 47-event NJCOOP schedule (announced today), mean for an online poker player in New Jersey?

The short answer is that it means a schedule designed to get the best out of you as a player, and offer you the most reward at the same time.

And here's the long answer to prove it.

The buy-ins start at $25, and go all the way up to $1,000. But there's no reason why you can't start the Series at one end, and finish it at the other.

That applies even if you use words like "modest" or "recreational" to describe your bankroll.

Because satellites starting at just $1 make every event, even the three highlights listed below, within reach of the "modest, recreational" player.

Is that over ambitious?

Maybe. But you're a poker player. You are too.

Here are the three highlight events.

The $500 Main Event ($150,000 guarantee),
A $250 NL Hold'em Sunday Special ($60,000 guaranteed)
A $1,000 NL Hold'em High Roller ($50,000 guaranteed)

Each will offer big prizes to the winners. And while there might only be one winner (you're a poker player, you know that too), we've introduced a few new features to take the sting out of falling short.

Get a Second Chance if you bust before the money

Those features apply even if you bust out early.

If you get knocked out of any NJCOOP event before the money, you'll automatically receive a ticket to a Second Chance Freeroll.

Cashing in one of these freerolls earns you tickets into other NJCOOP events and satellites.

And, if you deposit $50 or more using the code 'NJCOOP' before 18:59 ET on Saturday October 13, we'll give you a ticket to the NJCOOP $10K Main Event Depositor freeroll.

The top 20 players of that win a $500 Main Event entry.

And to add even more ways into the Main Event, special $4 Spin & Go's start on September 18 and run until October 14.

Turn NJCOOP success Platinum

You also have three chances during NJCOOP to win a Platinum Pass to the PokerStars Players Championship.

The first Pass goes to the winner of the $86 Moneymaker Tour Event on Sunday, September 30.

That's followed by two more. Both are awarded in NJCOOP Main Event Entrants All-In Shootouts.

That's another way of saying if you enter either of the Main Event, you get to play an All-in Shootout. Either one could send you to the Bahamas in January.

So, that short answer again. The 47 event NJCOOP schedule means a lot to New Jersey poker player. You can find out more on the NJCOOP homepage.
