Clear your schedule, MicroMillions is back for November

It's the tournament series that's open to everyone, and played by everyone, with buy-ins suited to every conceivable bankroll. And now it's back.

Micro Millions returns next month for its ninth incarnation, promising low buy-ins and big prizes. It's quite simply the richest low-stakes championship in poker.

Kicks off is on November 6, with 100 events running through to the Main Event on November 16. In all they promise a combined guaranteed prize pool of $5 million, with buy-ins ranging from $0.11 to $11, and promising regular five-figure prize pools along the way.

It's not just bank rolls that are catered for. There are tournaments in all of poker's variations, as well as in formats like Zoom, Turbos and knockouts. They'll also be a first appearance for a new variant - Bubble Dash - with a tournament structure that features speedy levels in the early stages, getting you to the bubble in quick time, before things slow down as the tournament progresses.

A constant thread through each event, regardless of the type of game it involves, will be the Player of the Series contest, with six months' worth of Sunday Million tickets to the winner, and other prizes available for those finishing in the top 100.

Undoubtedly the headline event of the entire series will be the $22 Main Event, taking place on November 16, and featuring an extraordinary $1 million guaranteed prize pool. As you would expect, the appeal of this last event is enormous, with 57,885 players competing in the event during MicroMillions 8 in July.

Back then the winner 69FABIAN69 from Hungary earned a first prize of more than $100,000. Not bad for $22, or even less if you go the route of qualifying for the Main Event via one of the many satellites, with buy-ins starting at as little as 1FPP.

It will make for a memorable November on PokerStars with plenty of stories to come out of it. You may even be one of them.
