SCOOP 2013: Chidwick wins first, Bach gets second SCOOP title

Wait a second.

Stevie Chidwick didn't have a SCOOP title?

That simply couldn't be true. When I was introduced to the shy Chidwick years ago, he was the guy who was literally winning a dozen WSOP seats just so he had some extra cash. Somehow he's gone this long without winning a SCOP watch?

Apparently so. But, as you will see in the results below, Chidwick rectified that last night.

Meanwhile David Bach, a longtime rounder, managed to snag his second SCOOP title last night and made himself the 25th person to win more than one SCOOP watch.

Editor's note: An earlier version of this story indicated David Bach had won his first title last night. As it happens, it was his second. I regret both the error, and being old and stupid. --BW
