As for today's Women's Sunday, here are the final registration numbers:

Total players: 241
Prize pool: $12,050.00
Paid finishers: 36

There were a plethora of PokerStars pros in the field today, each bearing a $50 bounty. Team Pro Liv Boeree was the first of the group to be eliminated in the first hour, and Friend of PokerStars Charlotte "Sjlot" Van Brabander was out soon after.

In the second hour, Team Pro Ana Marquez made her exit in 123rd place, and soon after, fellow Team Pro Vanessa Selbst was ousted in 114th place with Team Online's Adrienne "talonchick" Rowsome one spot behind in 113th. The last Team Pro standing was Celina Lin, and she was eliminated in 103rd place.

At the two-hour mark, only five tables remained, and there were only two tables as the next hour approached. Play moved very quickly, and the elimination of AJIEHA in 11th place set hand-for-hand play into motion. Moments later, lilla237 moved all-in with 4♦4♠, and LolaPichora called with K♥Q♥. The board came 5♥K♠Q♦J♦6♥, giving LolaPichora two pair and eliminating lilla237 in tenth place with $192.80.

Lulu.pk70 leads final table

XWgalegaWX was the first to make a big move all-in, and LolaPichora called from the big blind with K♠J♦. XWgalegaWX was on the line with 9♠9♥, but the race ended when the 8♠8♦6♥ flop was followed by a J♥ turn card. The A♠ on the river ensured LolaPichora the best two pair, and XWgalegaWX was gone in ninth place with $228.95.

Lenis65 was the next to move, doing it from the small blind with A♥J♠. Original raiser OWLsleepy called with Q♥Q♣, and the board was watched with great interest as it came Q♦T♥J♣T♠6♦. OWLsleepy made a full house by the turn, and that sent Lenis65 out in eighth place with $301.25.

Double-up time ensued, as lissonbj and R@!$er666 each doubled through LolaPichora, and .Ta2.Terry! and crista92 each doubled through lulu.pk70. OWLsleepy then doubled through LolaPichora, but the latter came back to double through crista92.

That left crista92 in a position to move, and she did so with A♦Q♠ from the big blind. Original raiser LolaPichora had T♠9♥ in the small blind but made a straight on the 7♦6♣Q♦A♥8♥ board. Crista92 was gone in seventh place with $421.75.

OWLsleepy put her tournament life on the line with A♥5♠, and LolaPichora called from the button with 4♥4♣. The board of 8♣8♦K♥6♦9♣ gave LolaPichora two pair and eliminated OWLsleepy in sixth place with $542.25.

More double-ups came about when R@!$er666 doubled through both lulu.pk70 and .Ta.Terry!. And LolaPichora hit a big one with this double through lissonbj:

Lissonbj doubled through R@!$er666 to stay in action, while R@!$er666 doubled through .Ta.Terry! and LolaPichora to do the same.

Lulu.pk70 then moved all-in with J♦J♣, and LolaPichora called from the big blind with A♦6♠. The flop of 5♥9♣Q♠ was innocent enough, but the A♣ turn gave LolaPichora the lead and the 6♥ on the river gave her two pair. Lulu.pk70 had to accept fifth place with $698.90 in cash.

.Ta2Terry! was all-in again, this time with J♦9♦, and LolaPichora was the caller holding A♠T♥. The board came 3♥7♣7♠8♣2♣, and the ace kicker played to eliminate .Ta2.Terry! in fourth place with $1,024.25.

Lissonbj and LolaPichora tangled several times. The last time, however, started with a raise from LolaPichora from the small blind. Lissonbj reraised all-in from the big blind with Q♦J♣, and LolaPichora called with a dominating A♠Q♣. The board of K♥4♣3♥T♣2♥ changed nothing, and lissonbj hit the rail in third place with $1,361.65.

Tough heads-up match

Action started between the final two players with these chip counts:

Seat 8: R@!$er666 (165,144 in chips)
Seat 9: LolaPichora (557,856 in chips)

It didn't take long for R@!$er666 to make a move and double-up with pocket jacks against A-Q. R@!$er666 continued to soar, but LolaPichora took a pot worth 362,400 chips to maintain a solid lead.

Finally, R@!$er666 pushed again, this time with J♠8♦, and LolaPichora called with A♦9♦. The dealer gave them a K♠6h]A♥ flop, which pair the ace of LolaPichora. The Q♠ turn and J♣ river ended the tournament with R@!$er666 in second place with $1,807.50.

LolaPichora of Costa Rica won the tournament and $2,464.33 in cash. Congratulations!
