George Lind III goes crazy...again

George Lind III--you might know him as Jorj95--might be clinically insane. I don't know what the medical manuals would call the sickness, but I'm going to dub it "Sick Challenge Syndrome."

Lind announced yesterday that during the month of May, he's established three goals for himself. Any of them could be considered a serious challenge. Put together, they are just wacko.

In the next 31 days, Lind plans to earn as many VIP Player Points as it takes to make Supernova Elite, make a pre-rakeback profit, and lose ten pounds in the process. It's going to require waking up every day at 7am and playing as many $300+ SNGs as he can...while still playing the Spring Championship of Online Poker.

Madness, I say

How confident is he? Here's how he put it:

1 Million VPPs (odds of succeeding: 60%). "I think my odds of getting this are pretty close to 100% if the games go as much as they did last year but it's so hard to say how much the high stakes games will go off."

Profit pre-rakeback (odds of succeeding: 70%). "There is a lot of variance in one month of games, especially when a big portion of my results come from a few high stakes games."

Lose 10 pounds (odds of succeeding 50%). "I think I'm pretty much a lock to lose at least 6 or 7 pounds as I just naturally eat less when I am playing a lot of poker, but 10 pounds is a lot to lose in one month. I do expect a few pounds to come off in the first few days though just from not eating all the sodium-rich food I was eating on the cruise ship."

We, of course, wish him the best of luck as he goes forward. In lieu of that and success, we'd appreciate a video of the moment he suffers a nervous breakdown. That kind of thing would kill on You Tube.
