EPT London: Bullet-point bulletin – No 4

Players have returned from the 45 minute break with more than half of the starting field now either watching from the rail or in some other place trying to forget the last six hours. The latest on what’s happening on the tournament floor...

  • Of the 294 players who started today just 140 remain, evenly dispersed across 14 tables.

  • The blinds are now 200/400 with a running 50 ante. The next leap will be 300/600. Meanwhile the chip average hovers around the 21,000 mark.

  • Dinner is over. Three courses have been successfully served to the players over two levels, all while they remained seated. It’s not clear if early elimination cancelled your entitlement to food. The same goes for anyone eliminated between courses. We’re not sure if that meant you were subsequently denied ice cream.
