EPT London: Coren's second title plan takes minor dent
The first big pot of the day erupts, breaking the seal on the day. Well, not that big come to think of it. When the hand got to the river I counted six green chips in the pot. That made for a haul worth 150.
It featured Team PokerStars Pro and former EPT London winner Vicky Coren who, from the big blind, had checked down the hand in tandem with her opponent over in seat eight.
The board read Qh-Jd-Kd-4d before seat eight chanced it with a bet of 100. Vicky made the call, tentatively showing a 6d, but beaten by the narrowest of margins, a 7d. Not a huge win but you've got to start somewhere.
