EPT9 Prague: New Year Resolutions (doomed to fail)
It's that time of the year where Christmas gluttony is about to overwhelm you. Pudding and turkey, winter ale and sherry, cheap chocolate coins and candy canes: it builds into a frenzy of calories and sugar-induced blindness. But, boy, is it good.
Then comes the shame, the regret, the groaning of scales under the added pounds strapped to your gut. Then the promises and the resolutions. We take a look at some of those half-cocked ambitions here in Prague. We love the optimism, but pity it with the world weary weight of a 48-year-old salesman who still hasn't worked out how to use a spreadsheet.
