EPT Grand Final Super High Roller prize pool crests €3 million

More than 30 people--high-rolling, nose-bleeding, poker playing people--are ready to kick off the PokerStars and Monte-Carlo®Casino European Poker Tour Grand Final in style. Each of them have already put up €100,000 to secure their seat for the Super Higher Roller.

Running May 13-15, the Super High Roller will kick off an out-of-this-world fesitval of poker to close the ninth season of the EPT.

"Monaco really is the spiritual home of high stakes gaming, and the response we've had to the High Roller events has been fantastic so far," said EPT President Edgar Stuchly. "This is going to be a Grand Final to remember."

Last year, legend-in-the-making Justin Bonomo beat a field of 38 to claim the €1,640,000 first prize before finishing 28th in the main event and final tabling the €25,000 High Roller. In all, Bonomo won nearly €2 million in one week.
