EPT10 Monaco: The super life of the Super High Rollers

Registration for this record-breaking Super High Roller event is open until noon tomorrow, which means you've still got plenty of time to get over here to play.

There will likely be more than a million euros on offer to the winner of this thing, which should probably be incentive enough. But if ever any of the world's top players are in two minds whether to play, the PokerStars concierge service certainly makes it worth their while.

John Juanda: Where's my free stuff?

One hundred thousand euros is a lot of wonga, and it earns you a certain degree of respect. It also earns you a pretty decent package of add ons, including your room, food and board while you're in Monaco, and the most luxurious route to the Principality.

To be specific, here's what the Super High Rollers get in addition to their seat in this tournament:

  • Four nights' accommodation in the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel
  • €1,000 food and beverage credit on room folio
  • Free food and drink, including table-side service, during play
  • Helicopter transfer from Nice to Monaco (or executive car service, if preferred)
  • Complementary 24-hour taxi service to any destination in Monaco
  • 24-hour concierge service for any requests (dinner reservations, shopping, admin, etc.)

Perhaps better than all the above, Garry Gates, the PokerStars Global VIP Host, will hand over his cellphone number and be available for your beck and call. I have it on very good authority that he's one hell of a wingman.

Phil Ivey: Massages are free, right?

All the hand-by-hand action, including chip counts, will be in the panel at the top of the main Super High Roller page. We will have feature pieces below that.
