EPT10 Vienna: Reigning Vienna champ Michael Eiler a long time in the defence

Michael Eiler was the last player to be crowned EPT Vienna champion, which took place back in Season 7. It may be less than four years (Eiler won in October 2010), but things move fast in the poker world. Jonathan Duhamel was still waiting for his November Nine final table to start, no-one knew who Viktor Blom was, yet everyone was guessing who this "Isiludur1" could be, and Black Friday still sounded like a happy night of cheap Guinness. In short, 2010 was a very different time.

PokerStars.tv's Sarah Grant caught up with Michael Eiler today to find out how life and the tour has changed for the young-but-not-quite-so-young German. And if you want to find out more about Eilier's €700,000 win - at a final table where Daniel Negreanu finished fourth - then you can read this PokerStars Blog article.
