EPT11 Deauville: A hand history with Eugene Katchalov
Last year here in Deauville, Team PokerStars Pro Eugene Katchalov came agonisingly close to completing the Triple Crown as he finished runner-up to Sotirios Koutoupas in the Main Event, earning €379,500.
For much of yesterday it looked like his Main Event this year was going to be a short one. He came back to Day 2 with just 16,000 (20 big blinds) but he's since run that all the way 122,000 and got involved in a huge four-way pot as Remko Rinkema discovered. Are the two related?
